The Tactical Edge system was originally created by Mark Davies as a close combat system for special forces and as such had to be suitable for troops fatigued from arduous infiltration carrying weapons and heavy kit. 

This meant the methods used had to be quick, efficient and not require extended periods of exertion.

As well as this, a seamless transition from armed to unarmed combat was essential. 

Over the years Mark has developed Tactical Edge into a fully civilian combative system that teaches you how to defeat an attacker or attackers quickly and expediently whilst also taking into account the legal ramifications of “use of force”

Hand to hand combat, stick fighting, knife fighting, firearms and improvised weapons are all covered within the system.
